Hudsons Bay Company, HBC, has come out with still another cool red mitten idea for next summers 2012 Olympic Summer Games in London, UK. The new 2012 red mitts are different from the 2010 Olympic Red Mitts: there are no Olympic Rings on the backs of the 2012 mitts, though on the cuff of the mitten, there is the small official Canada Olympics badge with the rings under the red maple leaf. There are white maple leafs on the palms & the backs, the maple leaf on the palm says "2012" and the leaf on the back says "CANADA".
These 2012 new release red mittens from HBC were first released for sale this summer as part of the Sports Canada campaign to get Canadians ramped up and in the Olympic spirit for the London summer games of 2012. You can buy them now, and it's a good idea to get them soon because once again, HBC has a limited supply ready to go.
